Miror is a FemTech healthcare platform focused on transforming women’s health and menopause care through personalised healthcare programmes, expert consultations, healthcare products and digital health services.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to promote and sell Miror’s healthcare and menopause care packages.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in insurance sales, healthcare package sales, health plans, wellness programmes or medical service sales. The candidate must be confident in speaking with customers, explaining healthcare offerings, following up on leads and converting enquiries into paid programmes.

This is a target-driven sales role with attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact potential customers from Miror’s existing database through calls and WhatsApp.

· Promote and sell Miror’s healthcare programmes, menopause care packages and consultations.

· Explain programme benefits, pricing and available services to prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare packages.

· Convert enquiries and interested leads into paid customers.

· Follow up regularly to maximise sales and conversion.

· Build customer trust and maintain strong relationships.

· Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals whenever clinical consultation is required.

· Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales conversions.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Experience & Skills

· Prior experience in insurance sales, health insurance, healthcare package sales or wellness programme sales is essential.

· Experience in selling health plans, medical packages, diagnostic packages or subscription-based healthcare services will be an advantage.

· Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

· Ability to explain products and services clearly and confidently.

· Proven ability to follow up with leads and close sales.

· Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication and customer interaction.

· Target-oriented, persuasive and motivated by incentives.

· Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

· Empathy and patience while interacting with customers about health-related concerns.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who is confident, commercially driven and passionate about sales, with the ability to convert customer enquiries into revenue. Experience in selling insurance or healthcare packages is particularly important.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Earning potential will be linked to sales, conversions and revenue generated.

Important

This is primarily a sales and conversion role, not a traditional customer service position. The candidate will explain and promote healthcare programmes. Diagnosis, prescriptions and clinical decisions will be handled exclusively by qualified medical professionals.
