About the Role

Livexpert Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals for the role of Healthcare Business Development Executive / Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare sales, hospital partnerships, and business development, with a focus on promoting healthcare software solutions such as HIS, HMS, and CMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare groups.
• Conduct field visits and build relationships with hospital owners, directors, doctors, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
• Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Promote healthcare software solutions, including HIS, HMS, EMR/EHR, and CMS.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups and CRM reports.
• Explore new markets and develop long-term healthcare partnerships.

Required Skills & Experience

• 310 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in Healthcare IT or HealthTech.
• Experience selling hospital software, HIS, HMS, EMR/EHR, LIS, PACS, or similar solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client management skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently, conduct field visits, and close deals.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and hospital visits.
