As an ICU Staff Nurse at HCG Hospital in Jaipur, your role will involve providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. - Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors. - Assist physicians during procedures, rounds, and emergency situations. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, medications, and treatment plans. - Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital protocols. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families and communicate care plans effectively. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow code protocols. - Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives and staff training. Qualifications & Skills: - GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification. - Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council. - Experience in ICU/critical care preferred (freshers may be considered based on hospital policy). - Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills. - Knowledge of ICU equipment and emergency procedures.
