In line with the company's philosophy to cover the journey from 'Illness to Wellness', HealthAssure recently acquired FitMeIn - an on-demand fitness subscription service in May 2020. With this, it will integrate the offerings of both the brands under a single umbrella thereby extending their services from primary care to include preventive care through fitness and lifestyle choices. The company has extended its services to more than 2mn+ customers and targets to serve millions more in the coming year.   The application is available as a web portal - www.healthassure.in and as a mobile app across iOS/Android.

Pathetic service. Calls at unexpected times, no ability to call them back, no coordination between them and insurance company, took my blood sample and 'lost it' while also not informing the insurance company that they've done home checkup, agreeing to 1 date on call and booking reservation for another day... list goes on.

Pathetic service. I was on 12 hours fasting for my Annual Health Checkup and after reaching the diagnostic centre I was told that they didn't receive any confirmation mail which I had received. Upon following up with these guys finally they sent an email which took another hour and I already was super hungry and this added frustration.

Worst service as third party booking I used recently due to insuarance company booking appointment and support. Very unprofessional, only work on system generated message without real connect and support to customer. Gridy to get positive rating and only remember customer When they need positive rating

Had a really good experience with their home service. All my family members' pre-health check is taken care off, worth the money. Also the reports were available without any follow ups. Keep up the good work, team!

My home health checkip was scheduled at 9am. No call or no response from the checkup team. Helpline just kept saying we will check and get back. I was on a fast for 12 hours. Pathetic service. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Do not be in fraud with this company. fake peoples only looting money. even not a single appointment I'm not able to booked. i lost my 7,000/-, i request whoever reading this review please don't buy anything from this fake company.

Very bad experience... They are only interested on collecting money... While times come to orocide service they ignore the policy holder... Their customer support is pathatic... At the last stage of my policy they didnot fulfil the service and linger the matter till policy expired. I loss my Rs. 4000/- without any service.
