This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing who enjoys storytelling, brand building, and crafting content that informs, engages, and inspires. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing, a solid understanding of digital channels, and an interest in the healthcare and life sciences sector, where impactful content plays a crucial role in building awareness and trust. • Develop and execute content marketing strategies across LinkedIn and other digital platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. • Create, edit, and publish engaging content — including posts, articles, newsletters, and campaign copy — tailored for professional audiences. • Manage social media operations, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. • Support email marketing campaigns from concept and content creation to post-campaign analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams to produce thought leadership content, blogs, and case studies aligned with brand tone and business goals. • Monitor digital marketing trends, share insights on emerging tools, and identify new content opportunities. • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and ROI. • Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, digital campaigns, and partnerships to expand brand presence. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of narrative and audience engagement. • Proven experience managing LinkedIn company pages, creating content, and interpreting analytics. • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). • Familiarity with design or scheduling tools such as Canva and Hootsuite. • Strong attention to detail, creative mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Interest or background in healthcare, life sciences, or consulting is a strong advantage. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics. Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies for better outcomes.
