Health Care Data Analyst

We are looking to hire experienced professionals for our Healthcare Analytics & Data Science team.

The team will work on healthcare claims analysis, data mining, opportunity identification, predictive analytics, machine learning, provider analytics, and financial impact analysis.

We are looking for candidates who can work with large healthcare datasets and independently identify meaningful patterns, trends, risks, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large healthcare claims datasets.
• Identify trends, anomalies, utilization patterns, and provider behavior.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and data mining.
• Develop analytical rules and business insights from claims data.
• Build predictive and machine learning models.
• Perform provider, procedure, diagnosis, modifier, DRG, and utilization analysis.
• Estimate financial impact and savings opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Work with business and technical teams to convert analytical findings into production solutions.
• Validate analytical findings and continuously improve models and rules.
• Identify new analysis ideas and opportunities without depending only on predefined requirements.

Required Skills:

• 4–10+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Strong experience working with US healthcare claims data.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Python / Pandas experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data mining.
• Experience with Machine Learning is preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets.

Healthcare Knowledge Preferred

Candidates with knowledge of the following will be preferred:

• Medical claims
• Professional and Institutional claims
• CPT / HCPCS
• ICD-10
• Modifiers
• DRG
• Provider / NPI / TIN
• Diagnosis and procedure data
• Claim utilization
• Paid, allowed, and billed amounts

Experience in Payment Integrity, Fraud Waste & Abuse, Claims Analytics, Provider Analytics, Cost Containment, or Healthcare Data Science will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹707,000.00 - ₹1,020,000.00 per year
