You will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in managing day-to-day operations and staff activities. This includes monitoring employee performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Your role will involve coordinating work schedules, tasks, and assignments, as well as training new employees and supporting continuous team development efforts. Additionally, you will address and resolve minor staff or customer issues in a timely manner, assist with inventory control, record keeping, and reporting, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This is a fresher role with the opportunity to work from home. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus offered. The job location is remote.,
