We are excited to launch our new Hair Fixing Studio at Pune and are looking for a Manager - Consultation and Administration to join our company "HEADZ", a leading provider of non-surgical hair fixing solutions with branches across India, UK, UAE, and Kuwait . In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients exploring hair loss solutions—guiding them through available options, understanding their unique needs, and recommending the most suitable products or services to help them regain confidence. In addition, you will oversee key administrative tasks such as managing appointments, maintaining client records, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor to the center. Key Responsibilities: Greet and consult clients regarding hair loss concerns and available fixing options. Understand each client’s expectations and provide customized solutions (hair patches, hair systems, bonding, weaving, etc.). Conduct scalp/hair assessments and explain the procedure clearly. Demonstrate product samples and assist in selection. Coordinate with technicians and stylists to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain records of client consultations, feedback, and follow-ups. Achieve consultation-to-conversion targets. Ensure a professional and empathetic client experience at all times. Stay updated on latest hair fixing technologies and trends. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or higher; cosmetology or related certification is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or consultation is added advantage, preferably in beauty/wellness/healthcare. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion.
