Position: Head - Strategy & Business Excellence

Location: Vadodara

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial / any disciplines) preferably with MBA

Experience: Min 25 years

Age: Max. 56 Yrs.

He / She should have minimum 25 years of relevant experience in strategy, business excellence, consulting, or corporate roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors, with:

• Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives and performance improvement programs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into action

• Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and performance tracking

• Exposure to operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred

• Experience in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• Core domain competencies include:

o Strategic planning and business transformation

o Performance management and KPI tracking

o Cost optimization and EBITDA improvement

o Cross-functional program management

o Stakeholder management and change management

He/She shall be responsible for driving Companys strategic agenda, improving business performance, and enabling cross-functional excellence initiatives.

He / she shall be responsible to:

• Define and drive enterprise-wide strategic planning processes, including annual and long-term business plans

• Identify and drive key growth opportunities across products, markets, and customer segments

• Establish performance management frameworks, including KPI definition, dashboards, and periodic reviews

• Identify and lead EBITDA improvement initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, commercial, and support functions

• Set up and institutionalize Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across key areas such as commercial, manufacturing, finance, and utilities

• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency

• Support leadership in capital allocation decisions and strategic investments

• Establish governance mechanisms to track initiative progress, impact realization, and accountability

• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across business functions in collaboration with analytics and IT teams

• Build and lead a high-performing strategy and business excellence team
