Location:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
Manage Sheet Metal, Heavy Fabrication, Weld Shop, Robotic Welding, and Assembly operations.
Drive automation, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and OEE improvement initiatives.
Improve productivity, reduce rejection, material wastage, and manufacturing costs.
Coordinate with NPD and Engineering teams for tooling, process planning, and new product launches.
Lead shop-floor teams, optimize manpower and machine utilization, and ensure quality and safety standards.
Monitor production MIS, capacity utilization, and operational performance.
