The Head of Product Development at Value Health Inc. is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of cutting-edge AI-powered products. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of Gen AI capabilities into innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in building AI-driven products that deliver business value. As the Head of Product Development, your day-to-day activities will include: Strategic Leadership: Defining and executing the Gen AI product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs. Product Development: Leading and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance. Team Management: Building, mentoring, and leading a team of AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and execution. AI Research & Innovation: Staying at the forefront of Generative AI advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance products with state-of-the-art AI techniques. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Technical Oversight: Guiding the implementation of ML models, algorithms, and frameworks to optimize performance and efficiency. Customer-Centric Approach: Gathering market feedback, analyzing user needs, and ensuring AI solutions align with customer expectations and business objectives. Compliance & Ethics: Ensuring adherence to AI governance, ethical AI practices, data privacy laws, and regulatory compliance in all AI-driven solutions. Budget & Resource Allocation: Managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project deadlines and company goals. Qualifications: - Master's in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML, and 3+ years leading AI-driven product teams. - Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies such as LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, GANs, Transformers, and multimodal AI. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and cloud AI services. - Proven ability to scale AI solutions from concept to production in real-world applications. - Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of AI monetization strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup or enterprise environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment. - Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including model monitoring and continuous improvement. - Exposure to ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI principles. - Strong understanding of UI/UX considerations in AI-driven products. - Prior experience in product development.
