Head – Operations (Operations Manager)

Location: Hyderabad | Reports to: Director / Management | Experience: 10+ years in operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role

Role Summary: Oversee day-to-day business operations across the group and keep every function running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, warehouse, logistics and supply chain
  • Coordinate across departments (sales, accounts, HR, dispatch)
  • Streamline processes, reduce costs and improve turnaround time
  • Ensure quality, regulatory and documentation compliance
  • Track KPIs and present performance reports to management
  • Lead and mentor team leads and staff

Requirements: Graduate/MBA; pharma or distribution experience preferred; strong planning, problem-solving and ERP/Excel skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
