Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  
• Oversee store setup, merchandising, and floor management to create an engaging customer experience.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  
• Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in luxury retail or related field (watches & jewelry preferred).
  
• Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets with excellent results.
  
• Strong understanding of apparel industry dynamics including EBOs (Exclusive Brand Outlets) management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
