About Flairlist Global

Flairlist Global is looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Social Media Marketing to lead our social media team and grow our brand across digital platforms. This is a leadership role for someone who can set a clear strategy, motivate a team, and personally drive high-quality work from idea to execution.

The right candidate brings strong experience, sound judgment, and the energy to take ownership. They know how to build an engaged audience, create content people want to watch and share, and connect social media activity to meaningful business results.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the social media team, setting clear goals, priorities, and standards for performance.
• Own the company’s social media strategy across relevant platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Turn business and brand goals into practical content plans, campaigns, and publishing schedules.
• Guide content from concept through production and publishing, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and platform fit.
• Stay hands-on: review content, give clear creative direction, solve problems, and step in when needed to keep work moving.
• Grow our audience and improve reach, engagement, community participation, and conversions.
• Establish a distinctive, consistent brand voice across posts, videos, comments, and direct messages.
• Lead community management and ensure the team responds promptly and thoughtfully to customers and followers.
• Use platform insights and performance data to understand what is working and improve results.
• Manage social media campaigns, budgets, agencies, creators, and vendors as needed.
• Partner with leadership and teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer support.
• Keep the team current on platform changes, audience behavior, and emerging content formats.

What we’re looking for

• Significant professional experience in social media marketing, including experience leading a team or managing people.
• A track record of growing social channels and delivering measurable improvements in audience, engagement, brand awareness, leads, or sales.
• Experience developing social media strategy and guiding day-to-day execution.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, and their content formats.
• Experience overseeing content production, especially short-form video; able to give useful creative feedback and maintain high standards.
• Strong writing, communication, planning, and project-management skills.
• Confidence using analytics to make decisions, explain results, and improve the team’s work.
• A proactive, accountable working style: you take ownership, follow through, and help the team meet demanding deadlines.
• Ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on work in a fast-moving environment.
