Head – Retail Operations

Location: Hyderabad | Reports to: Director / Management | Experience: 10+ years in retail or pharma retail, with 4+ years in a leadership role

Role Summary: Lead and scale retail operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operations and P&L across all retail outlets
  • Drive sales targets, footfall and customer experience
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with drug license, GST and statutory norms
  • Build, lead and monitor store managers and field teams
  • Set SOPs, MIS reporting and audit controls

Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred); strong people management, analytical and negotiation skills; knowledge of pharmacy or retail systems and billing software.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
