Position: Head of Projects / GM
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹1,20,000–₹1,60,000 per month
Experience: 15+ years
Qualification: B tech

Job Description:

1.Manage Project Managers, consultants, design teams, and site teams.

2.Monitor project planning, execution, quality, cost, and timelines.

3.Oversee design coordination and statutory approvals.

4.Review project budgets, BOQs, contractor bills, and variations.

5.Ensure projects are delivered within approved costs and schedules.

6.Establish project management systems, reporting formats, and controls.

7.Conduct regular project reviews with Project Managers.

8.Submit consolidated weekly project reports to the MD.

9.Identify project risks and ensure timely corrective actions.

10.Coordinate design, approvals, construction, billing, and management teams

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per month
