Ensure the application of engineering best practices, continuous improvement processes, and risk mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing complex mechanical projects from concept to completion. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical design principles, and quality systems. Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS) and engineering project management software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills and Competencies: PMP or Six Sigma certification. Experience with lean manufacturing or automation systems.
