Head of Admissions & Marketing

Redbridge International Academy is looking for a results-driven Head of Admissions & Marketing to lead the school's admission and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing effective strategies to increase student enrolments, strengthen the school's brand presence and manage the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement admissions and marketing strategies.
• Lead and manage the admissions and marketing team.
• Drive student enrolment and achieve admission targets.
• Manage enquiries, follow-ups, counselling and conversion processes.
• Build strong relationships with prospective parents and families.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events and school outreach activities.
• Strengthen the school's brand visibility through online and offline marketing.
• Monitor admission trends, marketing performance and conversion rates.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to school management.
• Ensure a professional and positive parent experience throughout the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in school admissions or educational marketing will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve enrolment targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and customer relationship management will be an advantage.
