Head-Ecommerce

Position:

• Own end-to-end e-commerce P&L and revenue growth
• Drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and All Quick Comm marketplaces
• Build and execute strategies to increase online market share and brand visibility
• Ensure alignment of online sales targets with overall business objectives

2. Marketplace Management (Amazon-Focused)

• Lead complete account management for Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Comm marketplace
• Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, descriptions, and A+ content
• Improve product discoverability, search rankings, and conversion rates
• Ensure strong catalogue hygiene, listing accuracy, and content quality
• Manage marketplace metrics like Buy Box, ratings, reviews, and seller performance

3. Growth & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute Amazon Ads (PPC), promotions, and campaign strategies
• Drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI on ad spends
• Work closely with marketing teams for digital campaigns and brand visibility
• Identify opportunities for new product launches and online-exclusive SKUs

4. Pricing, Promotions & Competition Tracking

• Monitor and control pricing across marketplaces (Ecomm & Quick Comm)
• Design and execute promotional strategies, deals, and discount campaigns
• Track competitor activity and ensure competitive positioning

5. Order Fulfilment & Customer Experience

• Ensure seamless coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams for order fulfilment
• Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and delivery timelines
• Improve customer experience, ratings, and reviews

6. Inventory Planning & Availability

• Align with supply chain to ensure adequate stock availability for online demand
• Prevent stock-outs and overstocking across marketplaces
• Drive efficient inventory planning for fast-moving SKUs

7. Data, Systems & Reporting

• Build dashboards and reporting for:
• Sales performance by platform
• Conversion rates and listing performance
• Advertising ROI and campaign effectiveness

• Leverage data insights to drive continuous optimization

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Align digital strategy with brand positioning and offline distribution
• Ensure seamless coordination between demand generation and fulfilment

9. Team Leadership

• Build and lead the e-commerce team (marketplace, content, performance marketing)
• Drive accountability, performance tracking, and capability building
• Establish structured review mechanisms for growth and execution

Experience & Skills

• 1015 years of experience in E-commerce / Digital / Marketplace business
• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace (must-have)
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and marketplace performance
• Deep understanding of catalogue management, SEO, and digital merchandising
• Experience in managing performance marketing (Amazon Ads, PPC, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to drive data-backed decisions
• Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred
