Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head – D2C (Shopify) to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role will have end-to-end ownership of the D2C function, driving revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and digital excellence through the Shopify platform.

• Driving overall D2C P&L and revenue growth
• Leading website performance, SEO, conversion optimization, and user experience
• Managing performance marketing and customer acquisition channels
• Building and leading a cross-functional D2C team
• Driving customer retention, repeat purchase, and LTV growth
• Leveraging data analytics and insights to optimize business performance
• Managing affiliate and referral platform

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in Shopify-based D2C business management
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue and improving conversion rates
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, CAC, ROAS, and attribution models
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and reporting tools
• Experience in CRM, email marketing, and retention strategies
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
