Bank is saying that an interest @ 8.65% is being charged from salaried persons.. I am being a government employee being charged interest @ 9.20% per annum inspite of excellent cibil score.

If there was a choice for 0 stars, I'd have given that. Pathetic customer service, on top of all, they are all rude..they take their time to answer simple loan queries, but with full of rudeness, not a pleasant experience ever with this branch!!

They only give service while giving you loan. After that their system is very slow. You are going to spoil your whole day for a very small work.

Worst Branch of HDFC LTD. No one cares about client here. After taking your documents they make your make rounds and rounds. Even sending email or calls no benefits at all.

Pathetic service after disbursement of loan. They only respond to you only till the loan is sanctioned. Afterwards, its worst than a public sector bank.

When you have to visit branch the gate Staff is boss if they wish only then u can go inside , they have no redpect for customer
