Export Operations Executive (Air & Ocean Export) Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter invoice and cargo details into the in-house operational software TMF . Record and acknowledge vendor invoice costs in TMF . Update and maintain flight booking details or cargo ship booking details in TMF . Enter product descriptions along with relevant HSN codes in TMF . Review, verify, and ensure correctness of entries; make necessary corrections in case of errors. Maintain proper records of export-related documentation in compliance with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of export operations.
