Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and office support activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, sales invoices, and purchase orders, while ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue quotations, sales invoices, and purchase orders accurately. Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and expenses. Handle basic bookkeeping, data entry, and voucher preparation. Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing-related queries. Support office administration tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence. Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and maintain accounts receivable/payable. Assist management in day-to-day office operations.
