Job Responsibilities: Develop customer resources,identify potential clients,and maintain good communication with them. Promote,market,and sell the companys products,stay updated on customer needs,and achieve sales targets. Handle customer complaints related to sales and services. Develop personal sales plans,visit,and acquire new customers on schedule. Collect and search for customer information,and establish customer profiles. Assist superiors in formmulating sales strategies and plans,and in setting measurable sales goals. Follow up and monitor project progress. Follow up on project acceptance and ensure timely payment collection. Job Requirements: Good customer communication and business handling skills,with a strong sense of teamwork. Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills. Diploma or above. Honest,detail-oriented, highly execution-driven,with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in sales,preferably within the EMS industry.Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing services and market dynamics. Ability to travel as needed. Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin will be considered an advantage for this position.
