The role demands dynamic communication, on-camera confidence, and the ability to turn real estate content into compelling visual stories. Key Responsibilities • Present company projects in Instagram-style reels and video content in an engaging, professional manner. • Script and deliver clear, persuasive dialogue for promotional and educational content related to real estate developments. • Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams to conceptualize content ideas and themes. • Host property walkthroughs, client testimonial videos, and launch event coverages. • Represent the brand with confidence and poise in both live and recorded environments • Ensure brand consistency and emotional appeal in tone, expression, and visual presence. • Maintain awareness of trending reel formats, transitions, and engagement styles to keep content fresh and relatable. Skills and Qualities Required • Strong on-camera presence with natural confidence. • Excellent communication and storytelling ability in English and Telugu. • Ability to memorize or naturally deliver scripts with clarity and emotion. • Basic understanding of real estate terms and marketing messaging. • Creative mindset for generating catchy reel concepts and visual appeal. • Professional appearance and body language suited to luxury property branding. • Quick adaptability to feedback and high performance under tight deadlines. • Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube Educational & Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or just confidence is enough • Prior experience as an anchor, presenter, or host in media, real estate, or public promotions preferred. • Audition reel or sample presentation (30–60 seconds) mandatory for application. Position summary The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving monthly and project-wise booking/revenue targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from lead stage to registration/possession. The role involves team management, sales strategy, coordination with marketing, and continuous market tracking. Key responsibilities Team & performance management • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/telecallers/channel partners. • Set individual and team sales targets (leads, site visits, bookings, revenue) and review performance daily/weekly. • Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one on one coaching to improve conversion ratios. Sales strategy & target achievement • Prepare monthly and project-wise sales plans aligned with company revenue goals. • Design and implement strategies for lead follow-up, site visits, referrals, and repeat business.[expertia +1] • Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value or strategic deals when required. Lead, CRM & reporting • Ensure all leads from digital, walk-ins, channel partners, and campaigns are updated in CRM with proper status and next action. • Monitor lead-to-site-visit, visit-to-booking, and booking-to-registration ratios and take corrective actions. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS: leads, visits, bookings, collections, cancellations, and forecasts for management. Client handling & documentation • Oversee client interactions during inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and booking formalities. • Coordinate with legal and accounts for agreements, payment schedules, and registration/hand-over documentation. • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction and referral potential. Coordination with marketing & operations • Work with marketing to plan campaigns, events, and broker meets; give feedback on lead quality. • Ensure all project information (pricing, inventory, offers, brochures) is updated for the sales team and channels. • Share on-ground feedback on competitors, pricing, and buyer preferences to management for strategic decisions. Requirements & qualifications Education & experience • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred (optional, not mandatory if strong track record). • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead or sales manager role. • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in residential/commercial projects. Skills & competencies • Strong team leadership and ability to drive performance under targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills in English and local language. • Good understanding of local real estate laws, documentation basics, RERA norms, and payment/loan processes. • Comfort with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting dashboards. • High ownership, result orientation, and willingness to be on-site, especially on weekends and peak campaign days. KPIs and targets Core KPIs • Monthly bookings and revenue achieved vs target. • Lead-to-site-visit and visit-to-booking conversion percentages. • Average ticket size and collection percentage against payment schedule. • Team productivity: calls per day, meetings/site visits per day, and proposals sent. • Customer satisfaction scores, referrals generated, and cancellation ratio. • Responsible for meeting company-wide sales targets for all Hawk Constructions & Developers projects across Hyderabad. • Work closely with the Managing Director for pricing, offers, and launch strategies for our new projects
