Key Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Management Perform daily driver report checking and cash verification to ensure accuracy of cash collections. Enter daily cash transactions into the system and ensure timely reconciliation. Upload and track BDC (Bank Deposit Cheque) details received from customers. Record Paytm and other digital payment transactions on a daily basis and follow up for missing details. Manage petty cash on a fortnightly basis, including verification, disbursement, and expense recording. Accounts Receivable (AR) Track daily collections and ensure proper accounting of customer receipts. Support AR reconciliation and identify discrepancies related to cash, bank, and digital payments. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding or mismatched entries. Maintain accurate records to support month-end closing and audit requirements. Insurance Support insurance-related documentation, tracking, and record maintenance. Coordinate with internal teams for insurance data, claims documentation, and policy compliance. Assist in maintaining insurance registers and ensuring timely updates. Commission & Compliance Prepare and verify daily driver commission calculations with supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with company finance policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and support smooth operations.
