Havells India Ltd is currently looking to hire for the role of PPC Head for Sri City - AP The roles involve leading the planning and control of production processes, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting production targets. Role & responsibilities : * Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities to ensure timely delivery while optimizing resources, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards. * Develop and manage daily and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels. * Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of components like compressors, motor, PCBs, and long-lead parts. * Optimize inventory levels of raw materials and WIP. * Monitoring aging inventory and execute liquidation plan. * Support NPI (New Product Introduction) planning and ramp-up. * Monitor BOM accuracy and ensure alignment with engineering changes. *Good Knowledge of SAP-PP,MM,SD. * Good Knowledge of material master data. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Knowledge about tool like Ortems/Plan visage/MES. * Knowledge about capacity planning, routings and costing.
