Job Title: Head Captain – Restaurant Location: Art Haveli Bharatgarh Alowal, Alowal, Punjab 140113, India Job Type: Full-Time About the Job: We are looking for a Head Captain to manage the service team in our restaurant. This person will make sure all the waiters are doing their job properly, customers are happy, and food is served on time. You’ll be the main point of contact between the kitchen and the waiters. Job Duties: Manage the team of waiters and assign them tables. Check that customers are welcomed and served quickly. Make sure orders are taken correctly and food is delivered on time. Talk to the kitchen if there are any delays or special requests. Help solve any customer problems or complaints. Keep the dining area clean and organized. Train new waiters and help them learn their job. Prepare daily service reports if needed. Who Can Apply: Must have worked in a restaurant before (1-3 years experience preferred). Should know how to lead a team and keep things organized. Must be friendly and polite with customers. Should know how to speak Punjabi or Hindi. Must be able to work on weekends or holidays when needed.
