Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js while ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality and architecture. Manage and optimize microservices architecture to enhance application performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with product goals. Develop and implement REST APIs for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end services. Utilize GCP services effectively, including Cloud Runner, Cloud Build, and Cloud SQL, to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high software quality standards. Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in both front-end and back-end technologies. Drive continuous integration and deployment efforts, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to streamline development workflows. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and innovative problem-solving. Our ideal candidate The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in GCP (Google Cloud Platform), demonstrating advanced proficiency in cloud architecture and services. They should have hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications on GCP, utilizing its tools for computing, storage, and machine learning. A deep understanding of cloud security and best practices is critical, ensuring that solutions are efficient, secure, and cost-effective. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture is essential, with an emphasis on building scalable and maintainable applications. The candidate should be well-versed in creating RESTful APIs and integrating microservices, showcasing the ability to design robust, distributed systems that enhance application performance and user experience. Moreover, experience as a ReactJs Developer is necessary, highlighting the ability to design dynamic user interfaces and improve front-end performance. The candidate should have a solid grasp of React's component-based architecture and be capable of translating design specifications into functional, appealing user interfaces. Candidates will have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering or a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Software Engineering, aligning with the role's technical demands.
