Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Photography & Creative Operations Assistant located in Bidhannagar. The responsibilities include assisting in planning and managing day-to-day operations, coordinating and organizing photography shoots, ensuring timelines are met efficiently, and providing operational support for creative projects. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients and team members, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Qualifications Strong organizational and operations management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and make efficient decisions to support daily operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact professionally with clients. Proactive and detail-oriented with the capability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience or understanding of the photography and creative industries is a plus.
