Very bad work environment and nature of work. There is no professional behavior in the staff. They work like a small company. They have very bad HR policies. HR talks in very rude manner. They think employees like a slave. They even not compromise with leave in bad medical conditions of employees.

For a cordination job they will brand it as research job then no fixed off also so many useless interview rounds r there and the main round is their where u will b frustrated to know what interviewers wanna ask ....too much choosy boss just check linkedin now trend is changing n u still focusing on old method think before joining
