Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Trainer located in Navi Mumbai. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for preparing and conducting IELTS classes, creating lesson plans, and providing personalized feedback to students. The role involves teaching English as a foreign language, assessing the progress of students, and adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs. The IELTS Trainer will also be responsible for staying updated with IELTS test formats and requirements. Qualifications Skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching Proficiency with IELTS test formats and preparation techniques Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field is preferred Certifications in TEFL/TESOL are advantageous
