HARDWARE DESIGN Engineer

Job Title: PCB DFM/DFA Engineer Job Overview: The PCB DFM/DFA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring PCB designs and assemblies are optimized for manufacturability, assembly, testability, quality, reliability, and cost. The role will work closely with hardware, PCB layout, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and test teams to drive DFM, DFA, DFT, DFX, and ICT requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. The engineer will support New Product Introduction (NPI), prototype builds, manufacturing readiness reviews, and production launches while driving improvements in yield, quality, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency. Required Experience: 5 to 7Yr and above in PCB DFM/DFA Engineering, PCBA Assembly, NPI, DFM/DFT, or related electronic manufacturing functions. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform DFM, DFA, DFT, and DFX reviews for PCB and PCBA designs.
• Review PCB stackups, fabrication requirements, assembly constraints, and testability considerations.
• Define and verify ICT test poi
