You will be part of a small team that believes in fast execution, high ownership, and clear communication. What you will do Reach out to homeowners, HOA boards, and local communities through calls, texts, and emails Run structured outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetings Share Haply’s value proposition clearly and help prospects understand how our platform solves their daily problems Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow ups Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding Support basic outreach marketing activities such as sending email sequences, posting in local community groups, and identifying new channels to reach customers Work closely with the team to improve messaging and outreach playbooks Track metrics for conversions, follow ups, and customer feedback Who you are Comfortable with high volume outreach and daily targets Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Organized, detail oriented, and consistent Self driven and eager to learn the sales process in a fast growing startup Familiar with WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and other communication platforms Good to have Previous sales or outreach experience Experience with B2C or B2 nonprofit outreach Understanding of communities, HOAs, or home services Location Hybrid.
