GST, TDS, PF, etc filings Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Examining financial data to understand the organization's financial health, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations. Performing audits and reconciling bank statements and other accounts. Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Processing payroll, calculating wages and deductions, and ensuring compliance with payroll laws. Providing financial advice to management on financial strategy, investments, and other financial matters. Creating and implementing new accounting systems. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is typically required.
