Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, regulatory compliance, import–export transactions, and cost optimization for our solar module manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in renewable energy finance , customs compliance , foreign transactions , and statutory reporting . Key Responsibilities 1. Finance & Accounting Manage end-to-end accounting functions as per accounting standards and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. Monitor working capital, budgeting, costing, and variance analysis. 2. Import & Export (EXIM) Management Handle import documentation: LC, BOE, HS codes, duty calculations, IDPMS/EDPMS compliance. Coordinate with customs, CHA, freight forwarders, and DGFT. Manage export documentation including shipping bills, LUT, eBRC, and GST refund processes. Knowledge of EPCG, Advance Authorization, Bonded Warehouse, and duty exemption schemes. 3. Taxation & Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements. Oversee GST refunds related to export of goods. Maintain compliance with ROC, MCA, internal audits, and statutory audits. Manage assessments, notices, and coordination with tax consultants. 4. Renewable Energy Sector Finance Experience with solar module manufacturing financials, costing, BOM, and supply chain. Knowledge of capital subsidies, renewable energy incentives, and government schemes. Evaluate financial risks, CAPEX planning, and project cost analysis. 5. Internal Controls & Reporting Implement and monitor internal financial controls (IFC). Prepare MIS reports for management and decision-making. Conduct risk assessments, financial planning, and cost reduction strategies. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Imports/Exports , Customs , DGFT , GST , and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) . Proficiency in ERP, Tally Prime, and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills. Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multi-location operations. Qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory) Additional certification in EXIM/International Trade is an added advantage.
