Sales Manager India 3 - 5 years INR 0.2 - 0.5 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our revenue across multiple channels including E-commerce marketplaces, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), and B2B. This role requires a deep understanding of both offline and digital sales, strong team leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing performance-driven sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets across all sales channels. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for: E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) D2C sales through digital and performance marketing B2B sales including enterprise accounts and distribution channels Oversee cataloguing, listings, and content optimization on online platforms. Coordinate with the marketing team for running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closures in B2B channels. Prepare and share customized proposals and quotations with clients. Analyze sales data and campaign performance to fine-tune strategies. Monitor team KPIs and provide regular feedback, training, and motivation. Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role with multichannel exposure. Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, e-commerce platforms, and offline sales strategy. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team and meet or exceed targets. Preferred Skills: Experience in E-commerce marketplace sales management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Hands-on knowledge of D2C sales via performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Expertise in B2B sales management including proposal writing and client acquisition. Strong grasp of cataloguing, product listings, pricing strategies, and offer management. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
