Hallmarking Executive

• Carry out hallmarking operations strictly as per BIS standards and procedures
• Verify jewellery/articles for purity, weight, and marking requirements
• Coordinate sample collection, testing, and marking activities
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of jewellery articles during testing
• Maintain hallmarking registers, records, and digital entries accurately
• Ensure traceability of each article from receipt to dispatch
• Liaise with jewellers/customers regarding hallmarking status and queries
• Ensure compliance with BIS audit requirements and internal quality systems
• Support BIS inspections, surveillance audits, and surprise checks
• Report non-conformities, deviations, or operational issues to the reporting authority
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and integrity of customer materials
• Follow SOPs related to security, ethics, and quality assurance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
