Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee the company’s online sales operations, manage product listings, optimize user experience on the platform, and design strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates. They will also handle customer inquiries, monitor inventory, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms, knowledge of online marketplace operations, and familiarity with sales strategies Strong Analytical Skills to track and interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external customer interactions Experience in digital marketing, SEO optimization, or social media strategies is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Relevant certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
