Visited and found hair in chhole bhature, politely asked staff to replace but they talked liked it's not their mistake. So we left because we don't wanted to make a scene. Worst experience.

Very disappointing experience. We placed our order and paid, only to be told 15 minutes later that the items weren’t available. To make matters worse, getting a refund took another 25 minutes. Poor service and lack of communication—wouldn’t recommend.

First below par Haldiram store I came across. Half of the menu items not available and they have an arrogant person on the cash counter. Wasted 15 mins of my crucial travel time here. There are better options available near by!! Avoid this one and save your time.
