Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Haldi Kumkum Resort, located in Kamrej, Surat. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating hiring and training efforts, monitoring food and beverage quality, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The role also involves upholding operational standards, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a memorable guest experience Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and support an effective restaurant team Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and stakeholders Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge to oversee menu selections, quality, and service standards Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage dynamic situations Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
