Role Overview We are hiring a QA Automation Testing Engineer to strengthen our product quality through robust test automation. You will work closely with the development and DevOps teams to build, maintain, and scale automated test suites, ensure release reliability, and continuously improve the testing framework across our PMS and travel modules. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or Cypress . Build automation for UI, API, and end-to-end testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and regression coverage . Perform functional, smoke, regression, and UAT testing before every release. Analyze test failures, debug issues, and report defects in Jira with detailed logs and steps. Validate REST/GraphQL APIs , data integrity, and asynchronous flows (Redis queues, MongoDB). Continuously improve test coverage, execution time, and framework maintainability . Maintain clear QA documentation — test cases, release checklists, and automation reports. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in QA Automation Testing , preferably in web-based SaaS or enterprise platforms. Strong knowledge of Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver . Experience in API testing using Postman / SuperTest / REST Assured . Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI). Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript , Node.js , and modern web application flows . Experience with MongoDB / SQL , Redis , or other backend data systems. Strong analytical and debugging skills. (Preferred) Experience in Next.js or React apps , Zod validation , or hotel/travel management platforms .
