Role & responsibilities 1. Project Identification : Identify potential projects requiring quartz slabs or marble, including commercial, residential, and institutional construction projects. This may involve networking with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers. 2. Product Knowledge and Consultation : Develop a deep understanding of the company's quartz slabs or marble products, including their features, specifications, applications, and installation requirements. Provide expert consultation and guidance to architects, designers, and contractors on product selection, design considerations, and installation best practices. 3. Bid and Proposal Management : Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and quotations for projects requiring quartz slabs or marble. Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and specifications to meet project requirements and maximize profitability. 4. Negotiation and Contract Management : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, contractors, and project owners to secure project orders. Review contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 5. Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive primary sales of marble or quartz slabs within the designated area. 6. Channel Management : Develop and manage the distribution channel network within the area, including appointing and managing distributors, dealers, and agents to ensure adequate market coverage and penetration. 7. Sales Reporting and Analysis : Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Use sales analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Preferred candidate profile 1. Sales Experience : 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the quartz slabs/luxury surfaces/ceramics/marble industry or related field. 2. Channel Management Experience : Proven track record in managing distribution channels, including distributors, dealers, and retailers. Experience in appointing, managing, and supporting channel partners to drive sales growth. 3. Project Management Experience : Proven track record in managing projects to drive sales growth.
