You will collaborate closely with students to identify their strengths and areas for development, while fostering a positive and supportive learning experience. Qualifications Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills for effectively guiding and advising students Knowledge of Academic Advising and Education systems Ability to assess students' strengths and tailor personalized career and educational plans Proficiency in using digital tools to facilitate virtual learning and counseling Empathy, patience, and a strong passion for supporting student success Prior experience in the cybersecurity or data analytics education field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
