Key Responsibilities Design & Ideation : Create compelling user interfaces and experiences, including website design, mobile application design, logo design, and social media post design. Visual Design Execution : Develop wireframes, mockups, and final designs for both web and mobile layouts, ensuring an eye for detail even in the tiniest user interactions. Tool Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to bring design concepts to life. User-Centred Approach: Apply a strong understanding of user-centred design and usability principles and techniques to deliver accurate, appealing, and functional designs. Interaction Design: Demonstrate awareness of interaction design principles and guidelines, ensuring intuitive user flows and delivering delightful experiences. Understanding Purpose: Comprehend the process, utility, functions, and purpose behind each design to deliver the most effective and appealing solutions. Collaboration & Adaptability: Work comfortably with rapid iterations and multiple stakeholders. Adapt to new technologies and eagerly learn new tools to maintain a perfect workflow. Autonomy & Teamwork: Possess the skill to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of professional experience working in UI/UX and Graphic Design. Well-versed in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proven experience in website design, mobile application design, logo design, and social media post design. Strong understanding of user-centred design and usability principles and techniques. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Self-motivated, time-bound, and punctual, with excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting designs
