Job Overview: We are looking for a persuasive and goal-oriented Tele caller to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our residential/commercial projects, and scheduling site visits for our sales managers. Your goal is to build initial rapport and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads from provided databases to introduce current real estate projects. Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on their budget, location preference, and urgency to buy. Project Pitching: Clearly explain property features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers. Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule site visits or meetings between interested clients and the Sales Team. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback in the CRM system. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with existing leads to keep them engaged and move them further down the sales funnel. Feedback Loop: Provide daily/weekly reports to the management regarding lead quality and common customer objections. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: 12th pass oe equivalent Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telle calling, telemarketing, or customer service (Real estate experience is a plus). Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice. Persuasion: Ability to handle objections gracefully and convince potential buyers to visit the site. Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel). Resilience: High level of patience and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Preferred Attributes: Strong listening skills to understand customer needs. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Multilingual (Fluency in local languages is often a significant advantage).
