You will be the voice of Gymclass, engaging potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to guide them through our fitness programs and help convert leads into loyal customers. Responsibilities: Follow up with incoming leads and drive conversions through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain and update the lead pipeline using CRM tools or Google Sheets. Build strong rapport with prospects and understand their fitness needs. Ensure timely and effective communication with all leads. Key Responsibilities Connect with fitness trainers and onboard them onto the Gymclass platform. Partner with fitness training academies to recruit trainers. Build relationships with gyms and fitness centers and onboard them to Gymclass. Execute BTL marketing activities (offline promotions, events, campaigns) to generate leads. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the fitness ecosystem. Maintain records of leads, onboarding progress, and outreach in CRM/Google Sheets.
