Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad

Job Type: Part-Time (5:30am to 10am, 6:00pm to 10:00pm)

About AJ Fitness

AJ Fitness is looking for a smart, confident, responsible, and results-oriented Gym Manager to oversee daily gym operations, manage staff, improve member satisfaction, and support the growth of our fitness center in Miyapur, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise front desk staff, trainers, and other gym employees.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, complaints, and customer service.
• Explain membership plans, fees, promotions, and gym facilities to prospective members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and customer retention.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Maintain membership records, payment details, daily reports, and customer databases using MS Excel.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and professional standards across the gym.
• Coordinate with management to implement business strategies and achieve targets.
• Follow up with prospective members and ensure a positive member experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sales, membership targets, and customer relationships.
• Responsible, punctual, organized, and professional.
• Previous experience in gym management, fitness operations, sales, or customer service is preferred.
