For more information about us, visit www.guvi.in Responsibilities: ● Share knowledge and understanding. ● Help to develop the individual’s technical skills, which is a prerequisite for growth. ● Share effective and efficient techniques for Zen learners. ● Facilitate career development through guidance and advice for Zen Learners. ● Creates technical training programs according to requirements. ● Creating individual real-time projects and involving learners to do hands-on. ● Taking ownership of learners' progress and maintaining the individual performance report. ● Should be able to handle live & 1:1 sessions. ● Should be able to take ownership and dedicated support towards achieving the mutual goal. ● Detecting common skills shortages and creating a training plan to address these. ● Scheduling follow-ups to gauge your students' progress. ● Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually. ● Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences. ● Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary. ● Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications. ● Able to provide reports wherever needed. ● Providing various weekly assignments, and tasks to learners and evaluating them regularly. ● Personal attention to Non-Tech background learners and motivating them to succeed in the tech field. ● Connecting with all industry experts (externals) conducting monthly meets and making sure all the classes happen as per GUVI'S syllabus and norms ● Provide for two-way communication. ● Able to learn new technologies. Qualifications & Skills: ● Min 1 to 3+ years of experience in relevance. ● Programming and Logic Building Skills ● Developing new test scripts for the application ● Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java, and writing code and scripts. ● Base knowledge with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc ● Building CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation scripts into CI tools. ● Base understanding of Dockers, Containers, etc ● Hands-on experience in integrating scripts in tools like Jenkins, VMWare, Ansible, etc ● Understanding the business requirements, application, and its components. ● Ability to learn new technologies and implement them as per need of training flow. ● Involved in knowledge transfer to the newly recruited personnel. ● Ability to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform debugging and Summary reports. ● Knowledge of Agile methodologies. ● Clear knowledge of code versioning tools(Git, Github). ● Advanced experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc[***] ● Certified on AWS Foundation/Associate/Professional/Speciality[***] ● Prior experience as mentor/trainer[***] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (600113)
