Purchased mixy and in return they have given one gift packed item which I have opened and found that it is a broken piece. Please don't degrade yourself by providing broken items to customers as a gift. No one will expect broken pieces as a gift from a store like Gotisons

Good store. Variety of items. Congested, they do repair and buy back scrap metal too. Some gift articles like bronze statues are reasonably priced

We went there with a list of 10 items and barely found 3. Such common items like Prestige/Hawkins pressure cooker are not to be found. The staff are also un helpful, the owner of the store had to shout at them in front of us to get them to work and help customers.

This place offers no customer service, staff sit in corners and chatting leaving customers find their stuff in the most disorganized shelves. Stuff is way expensive, horrible experience every time shopped there. Store next to Bombay gaslight is better place to shop
